Site Challenge
A master-planned community is built in phases over several years, so the testing program had to cover utilities, paving, detention ponds, a lift station and the amenity-center foundations as each came online, with consistent results across the whole development.
Work Performed
Quartet Engineers provided geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing across the Rockrose Ranch community: subsurface investigation and foundation recommendations for the amenity center and lift station, and field density, concrete and pavement testing for the water, sewer, drainage, detention and paving work as construction progressed.
Deliverables
Geotechnical reports for the structures, plus construction materials testing reports and daily field reports for the utilities, paving and detention work, issued throughout construction.
