Site Challenge
A high-rise apartment project places heavy loads on its foundations and runs many concrete pours on a tight sequence, so testing had to keep pace with the pours and later confirm the asphalt overlay on the site paving.
Work Performed
Quartet Engineers provided construction materials testing for the Hanover Apartments project: concrete sampling, slump, air and compressive strength testing on structural pours, compaction testing on fill and subgrade, and testing of the asphalt overlay on the site paving, followed by a post-construction review of the completed work.
Deliverables
Construction materials testing reports and daily field reports for the structural and site work, plus a post-construction review of the asphalt overlay and completed pavements.
